- Top agents – Not only are State Street agents intimately knowledgeable about our clients’ properties, but we work hard to make other agencies knowledgeable about them as well. We provide them with a full immersion, hands-on experience in the home, which they can then relay firsthand to their buyers. We also offer to be present for all showings of your listing, even if co-brokered, to communicate the value and amenities of the property.
Our listings search feature is a little different than you may be accustomed. Our system is based on you choosing an AREA and a TARGET PRICE, as opposed to a price range. To get started, choose and area you are interested in and the target price will start off as the AVERAGE PRICE of all listings in that area.
Our system will display 41 LISTINGS closest to your target price. Refine your search results using the "REFINE YOUR SEARCH" button at the top of the results page.
